You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Many of our pieces are handcrafted, embroidered or hand-finished, so slight variations in colour, embellishment and measurements are natural and not defects. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen. We make every effort to describe products accurately.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude shipping and applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time and to correct errors. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards and other methods shown at checkout.

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline or cancel any order — for example if a product is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or fraud is suspected. If we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Return Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

All content on this site — including text, images, logos and designs — belongs to Amal Jahan or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amal Jahan is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your order applies.
