Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer; any extra time will be noted on the product page or communicated by email.

• United States: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• International: 10–21 business days after dispatch, where available.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, weather or customs.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, please email info@amaljahan.com with your order number and photos (if damaged) within 7 days of delivery and we will help resolve it.

Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
